Mick Hall's Saltwater Fly Tying Methods:   Gold Bead Head Nymph.
Gold Bead Head Nymph

This pattern is simply the same as the standard Gold Bead-head Nymph used in freshwater for trout. The amazing thing is that the species count taken on this fly is growing and growing, in both salt and fresh water. Fished on the drift over sand flats or around grass beds, it is simply awesome. It can be tied in various colours from pale green for sand fleas through to chartreuse as an attractor.
