Mick Hall's Saltwater Fly Tying Methods:   Lefty's Deceiver.

The great Lefty Kreh developed this pattern, and it is possibly the most carried fly in the world of salt-water fly-fishing. Be it tied small, medium or large, or in any colour combination, it means little. As a baitfish pattern, it stands alone as the best there is. Again, there are hundreds of variations on the theme. They all seem to work and work very well indeed, be it on the giant black Bass of New Guinea, Barramundi or a myriad of species all around the world.
